The person didn't seem particularly friendly or annoyed to me. On the phone, it sometimes seems as if they are still thinking elsewhere and therefore not fully focused. It also remains unclear where the hardware comes from and what has already been done with it. It gives the impression that it may have been delivered from another country. The quality leaves a lot to be desired and doesn't look new at all. I would advise against it and cannot understand how the positive reviews came about - perhaps they were bought?

I can only warn against Mr. Klauke. He is a fraudster who sells his customers used hardware as new and this is highly questionable in the hard disk business (!!). In addition, Mr. Klauke likes to grab other customers and make hardware disappear. This should give food for thought to anyone considering consulting Felix Klauke. This guy is a criminal and buys his way onto various talk shows in order to maintain a positive image for potential new customers.

I will now change my rating in the course of this. I was a customer of Mr. Klauke Colocation for almost two years, the services were almost always okay, my servers were almost always running properly. This rating is not intended to put Mr. Klauke in a bad light, but should give all parties food for thought. I have also ordered hardware through Mr. Klauke on several occasions. That also ran smoothly and he really took care of it. Nevertheless, some things were not kept, invoices were sometimes sent only two weeks after the 1st of the month, registrations for the data center were requested by me early enough with Mr. Klauke. Unfortunately, one stood some times in the computer center and there was then no registration. Also the construct with SYNLINQ(which is certainly not the worst), is to be criticized. The colocation rack is obtained from there, i.e. everything that SYNLINQ does not like cannot be changed by Mr. Klauke or he has to adhere to it. From there, customer-internal things are spread to other companies and persons and these are put in a bad light. As soon as one voiced any criticism against SYNLINQ or their "DDoS Protection", they knew it within hours. Then childish actions like denying permanent traffic flow via the Arbor TMS were enforced. In August 2022, I was permanently denied access to the Maincubes data center because I took a picture of the cold aisle and sold it to someone for a small amount. SYNLINQ also said that it was their cold aisle. Unfortunately this is not correct, there is also CDN77. In addition, I was allowed by Mr. Klauke to take pictures, as long as quote: "You can not prove that it is the maincubes". This has not been seen on the picture. I would have been ready for a clarification, but the owner of SYNLNQ had contacted the buyer of the picture. This had demanded that the Maincubes One GmbH officially takes position to it. Thus my opinion was practically completely swept under the table. If Mr. Klauke(My Provider) allows me to take pictures, he has to answer for it, if his statements are not correct and therefore it comes to differences of opinion. By the way, I never received the house rules for the Maincubes FRA01 data center from Mr. Klauke, although they were knowingly distributed to by SYNLINQ. The notice at the entrance is not enough, this is not in sight of the customer, who is focused on the registration. I was certainly not an easy customer, as I often exchanged hardware and had it picked up again there and changed a lot of the colocation. However, this fact is not a justification for such behavior. Unfortunately, I am not allowed to rate SYNLINQ directly, as I did not purchase any services there directly. Mr. Klauke ended up doing more for the customers who have an entire rack with him. It is understandable that one stands aside more for customers who pay more per month, but if a customer behaves inappropriately in the data center, for example, he was allowed to enter the data center again after two weeks. Then it's a matter of liquids in the colocation area that have been spilled, for example. Access by non-customers or unqualified persons was often an issue anyway. This has now at least changed and only customers are allowed into the rack from now on.
