Your client cards help businesses run loyalty programs using their own branded savings cards. The overall customer card setup is built around three key components: 1) A savings card. By handing out a card tied to your company, you turn appreciation into something customers can actually use. Client card comes with three pass formats, making it easy to match the best savings experience to each customer. Choose from: a chip-enabled savings card, a savings card with barcode, or one with a magnetic stripe. 2) The savings terminal. Every savings card works with its own terminal hardware—an Ingenico device for chip cards, a scanner with an internet app for barcode cards, and a CCV terminal for the magnetic strip option. To use the CCV terminal, you’ll need your own payment terminal, while the client card provides the appropriate Ingenico terminal or barcode scanner. 3) Customer management. In your private CRM, you can add new customers, view your customer list, and manage automated newsletter communication. Data entry can also be handled for you at no cost by Client card. Keep in touch with a birthday message or a welcome email featuring a great offer. Beyond these built-in options, you can create newsletters in your own look and feel. You can also generate detailed reports to see which customers are saving and understand how they save.
