I have been a KeyWeb customer for about six months and use both the free and Pro versions of the Keyhelp Admin license on my servers. I am really impressed with both the technical aspects of the server administration software and the service, or rather the way I communicate with individual employees, whether by email or phone. In addition, the prices of other manufacturers, especially those with the big P, continue to rise, and with Keyweb's Pro version, I get even more features for a fraction of the cost. A very good and fast provider. When it comes down to it, employees are there to help competently, the ticket system works promptly and is solution-oriented. Both thumbs up.

We have had Nextcloud hosting with Keyweb for almost 2 years and are more than thrilled. The service, both on the phone and via the ticket system, is very competent and super fast. All questions, requests or problems are dealt with immediately. Above all, you as a customer are dealt with personally, so there are no pre-formulated phrases or meaningless evasive answers, as we know them from the support of other companies. NC Hosting is very stable and the software is regularly updated as soon as new versions are available. Other providers that we looked at before Keyweb sometimes offered outdated versions (insecure/with known security gaps) without any explanation as to why this was the case. I also think it's great that with Keyweb you can use and configure your Nextcloud instance almost completely. For example, as far as I have tested, you can install all apps from the app store. Even something like OCC Web or CSS Styles. You do not have independent FTP access to the configuration files of the software (e.g. config/config.php). But some fine-tuning of the configuration could still be easily implemented via the support (e.g. retention period of the file versions, automatic deletion intervals, etc.). To be honest, Nextcloud hosting with Keyweb is the best solution for: not having to operate/maintain your own server and still being able to customize Nextcloud. By the way: recently there was a doubling of storage space for the booked tariffs - free of charge and also for existing customers (what else can you say?). Great company, we will definitely look here first when we need more hosting products 😊
