The company is going down the drain. All the good sales people have resigned or left the company! Addendum: The boss of the company has taken legal action against this review on the grounds that I never worked there! I'm not laughing! The Kununu reviews are also deleted for all they're worth!

Disappointing experience with Kaisys - Unreliable IT service provider As a longtime customer of Kaisys, I can only express my deepest disappointment with the quality of their services. Unfortunately, they have failed to fulfill their contractual obligations and have left us with a multitude of problems and inconveniences. First of all, the company's lack of responsiveness was extremely frustrating. Whether we tried to contact them by phone or email, it often took days to receive a response. This caused significant delays in resolving our urgent IT issues and severely impacted our business operations. In addition, we found that Kaisys were charging us for services they did not provide. It seems that they do not have a clear understanding of what is included in our contract and what services we actually need. This resulted in unnecessary costs for our company and a significant financial loss. What is particularly disappointing are the completely unrealistic offers that Kaisys submitted to us. Their proposals were often far removed from reality and showed a clear misunderstanding of our business requirements. It is unfortunate that an IT service provider that presents itself as professional and competent offers such unrealistic solutions. Overall, I have to say that my experience with Kaisys was extremely negative. Their poor service, lack of responsiveness, incorrect billing and unrealistic quotes have caused us considerable inconvenience and financial loss. I cannot recommend KAISIS and strongly advise any company not to use their services.

If I could give 0 points or minus points, I would do so immediately. Since this company has been involved, at least in terms of IT, my day-to-day work has been filled with disruptions, errors, failures and the associated unrest. Good, competent staff have left the company. The managing director shows no interest in problems. Never again!
