We’re Jool Software Professionals: a software company powered by 14 passionate web developers and one additional highly enthusiastic colleague who supports us in a different role. Every day, we take on technically engaging challenges for our clients. Many of our colleagues spend part of the week at the Jool office in Bodegraven, while the rest is onsite with the customer. Our culture is built around moving forward together—constantly looking for new opportunities, supporting each other when it comes to technical choices, and sharing our findings with both our team and the wider world. We grow as one, and in doing so we strengthen everyone’s personal development and contribute to the global open-source community—because this journey isn’t something we do in isolation. To share knowledge and keep things enjoyable, we regularly host a DevDay. There, our team experiments with emerging technologies, frameworks, and tools that could be used in future projects. And as a group, we often plan great outings to get to know one another even better.
