Promising a lot and not delivering anything, but still billing for it. "99% of the time we will solve your problem with One Drive" apart from the fact that 3 employees had to watch on the PC for hours at a time and the guys from Jemix were messing around via remote maintenance, the result was sobering. The problems remained. But this gang sent us an invoice anyway and when we objected that the service had not been provided, i.e. the problem had not been solved, the collection procedure promptly followed. Congratulations!
