In our experience, this solution is not suitable for small and medium-sized businesses. The solutions offered were very comprehensive and costly, and seemed designed more for larger corporate structures than for our actual needs. During day-to-day operations, we found the systems to be inflexible. The quality of service did not meet our expectations, and the billing was not always clear or transparent. Terminating the partnership proved to be a complex process. The cancellation and handover procedures dragged on, making the transition to a new service provider difficult.

We are sorry that you did not find our collaboration satisfactory. Our goal is to provide companies with IT solutions that are both suitable and cost-effective. Throughout the project, we made several suggestions for optimizing the infrastructure, which unfortunately were not implemented as recommended. Our contract and billing models are based on industry standards with corresponding terms and were explained transparently. Through mutual discussion, we also reached a mutually agreeable solution regarding the final invoice to accommodate your request for early termination of the contract. We provided constructive and supportive assistance during the transition to the new service provider.
