Important note in advance: The following evaluation is based exclusively on my personal experience, my subjective perception and my individual impressions during my time in the company in IT. My personal experience with this employer was unfortunately negative. Initially, everything went well and seemed promising. But over time, everything became increasingly strange and stressful. For several months, my salary was either not paid at all or only paid very irregularly - despite having an employment contract. When asked, I was told: "If you don't bring in any money, you can't expect a salary." But of course I'm entitled to it - after all, we have an employment contract. What was particularly contradictory for me was that despite the outstanding salaries, new work equipment continued to be purchased while employees had to wait for their money. Despite this situation, we were expected to work in a highly professional manner at all times and often perform above and beyond the agreed level - without anything in return. In some cases, agreements and arrangements, such as the prospect of working from home, were not adhered to. One manager demanded absolute punctuality, but was late for almost every meeting himself. There was an exaggerated reaction to the smallest mistakes made by employees, while own mistakes were played down with statements such as "mistakes happen". In my perception, there was hardly any communication. Messages were often ignored and questions were not taken seriously. Individual employees were downright harassed - for example by being left standing for minutes on end even though they only had a brief query. In general, the way we were treated was from above, not on an equal footing. Respect was demanded, but not practiced. Overall, the working atmosphere was very tense. In my perception, the working atmosphere was very stressful. Colleagues were gossiped about as soon as they left the room. Sick notes were always questioned and often presented as a simulation. The tone was generally unprofessional and derogatory. I also had the impression that pregnancy was not really welcomed in the team. It seemed to me that it was more of a disruptive factor than something that was supported or appreciated. In this context, the atmosphere seemed very cool and not very understanding. The way applicants were treated was also striking: interviews were held even though it was already clear internally that the company did not want to hire. Applicants were stalled even though it was already clear that they would not get a chance. It seemed very unfair to me. I had the impression that a relative was hired whose work performance was hardly recognizable to me and who was clearly preferred in many areas. Employees were not promoted, but often simply replaced if something didn't fit. Personal development was hardly possible. I didn't learn anything during my time there. Basically, I found the managing director personally likeable and actually pleasant at the beginning. Over time, however, I had the impression that he was increasingly negatively influenced in his leadership behavior by the influence of his team of consultants and managers. Decisions seemed increasingly unbalanced and impulsive, as if he was relying on external advice that wasn't necessarily helpful. Conclusion: For me personally, it was the most difficult employer so far - disappointing in all areas. Apart from the financial problems, especially the human ones. Initially, I was very invested in the company, showed a lot of commitment and really tried to make the best of the situation. Looking back, however, I had the impression that this commitment was sometimes deliberately exploited. Instead of appreciation, it felt more like you had to give more and more without getting anything in return.

I am followed on social media by several employees who claim to work at ITone GmbH, even though we don't know each other. Under my comments, when they show left-wing political support, I get laughing or angry smileys. I once provocatively asked left-wing questions out of interest and was treated in an insensitive manner. Anyone who acts like this on behalf of their employer must expect negative consequences. Anyone who conveys such values to their employees, shows so little tolerance and only likes blue-black opinions will be shunned by me. I am deliberately not naming names here, but what is not can still be.
