I’ve used their services a few times over the past few years and have always been satisfied. But now: On March 5, 2026, I had the HDMI port repaired and paid €80, but it still didn’t work! I went back on March 9 for a follow-up repair; now it’s supposed to work better, but only via a USB-C adapter (which is fine with me, as long as I can reconnect my TV). March 25: first attempt to see if it works—unfortunately, it didn’t again. Okay, these things happen. I thought that Mr. Nottelmann or someone from the team would respond to my message about this (there’s always a solution when we talk to each other!). But even after three written inquiries to Mr. Nottelmann, I haven’t heard back. I’ve always been friendly, and we’ve had good, objective exchanges. It’s certainly understandable that I’m now frustrated and disappointed by the fact that my inquiry is being ignored! Too bad—I spent €80 and now there’s no response!! I see this as “passing the buck” and poor customer service! A business owner should be able to handle such matters confidently until a resolution is reached. I am still willing to engage and am waiting for a response!

I am very satisfied. I bought a new computer and everything went really well, including mirroring the hard disk to the new computer. Everything is tiptop, you can work with Mr. Nottelmann.

Mr. Nottelmann is a very pleasant and competent man. He solved my problem excellently and quickly. He also has a cute daughter who he brought with him after consulting me beforehand. My notebook and printer are running great again and are very fast again. I can recommend this company with a clear conscience and would contact them again the next time I have a problem. The website is also very well designed and comprehensive.

I came to Mr. Nottelmann with a problem that remained unsolved for 7 months (and by several IT admins, some of them even trained). Mr. Nottelmann asked me for an appointment at very short notice (on the same day) to get a picture of our computer. I received feedback within a short time and was able to pick up the computer ready the next day. Everything is working again and the problem is solved. Mr. Nottelmann is very professional, friendly, extremely competent and responsive to customer requests (I was even able to pick up the computer after official opening hours so that it would be usable for the weekend). The price-performance ratio was great - I can only recommend the company to anyone. An absolutely good and professional service-selten experienced so well!
