Within a very short time I received today for the 2nd time a mail from the company Intrag in the name of a Mrs. Steffanie Lachmund, in which it is about updating or deleting my homepage, which is supposedly linked free of charge since 2016 and where I probably activate something chargeable if I click on one of the links given there and I therefore of course do not do. Dear Mrs. "Lachmund", refrain from these disgusting spam mails! I have neither you nor anyone else commissioned to link my company homepage, so I do not have to contact you if there is any entry to be deleted!

My experience with this agency was unfortunately disappointing across the board. In the sales conversation, I was promised a clear improvement in my local visibility on Google. That exact goal was the deciding factor for me to go ahead with the partnership, and over the course of more than a year, I invested a significant amount of money. After the contract ended, however, I had to realize that the expected results never materialized. In some cases, my rankings were even worse than they were before we started working together. What disappointed me even more than the results was how they handled my complaint. Instead of taking responsibility or offering a customer-focused solution, I was told that there had never been a ranking guarantee and that they had only carried out the agreed-upon measures. In my view, that doesn’t match the expectations set at the start of our collaboration. I tried multiple times to resolve the issue in a straightforward, out-of-court way. Unfortunately, there was zero willingness to meet me halfway. My personal takeaway: I invested a lot of money, didn’t get any clearly understandable improvement, and afterward there was no readiness to engage with valid criticism. I can’t recommend this collaboration.

We’ve only recently started getting our Google listing for the business in order. So far, I can say the company works in a very structured way, guides us well, and takes the time to do it right. Everything is discussed in detail—you can ask questions at any time—and we get summaries of the conversations as well as what needs to be done next. They carry out the implementation quickly. So far, we’ve felt very well taken care of and professionally advised.
