My .de domains have been offline for over 3 weeks because your identity verification keeps failing without any explanation. I've verified my real ID multiple times. Still no reason, no solution, just a blocked business. This is unacceptable.

I’ve been a customer for nearly 20 years. I wanted to expand my business because now I finally have the opportunity to do so. To do that, I’d need to access my Plesk server at InternetX via an API. Then I could handle it through the interface—something that, in today’s day and age, is absolutely the norm—without having to manually set up my customers. According to InternetX, I would need to have something enabled for this. The feedback I got—after multiple discussions across the entire company group—was this, and I quote: “We won’t enable that for you. It’s our standard product. You can always cancel if it doesn’t suit you.” That, to me, is customer service on a whole new level. Thanks for the slap in the face after 20 years of business relationship!

I am currently having a serious problem with a domain registered through this registrar. The domain has been inaccessible for over a week and is currently in "Server Hold" status. I am unable to complete the required validation because I cannot access the email address on file. The support process in this situation is unclear. How can a domain owner regain control of their domain in such a case?

I have known InternetX for 20 or 25 years in the professional sector. I have only ever had the best experiences. The personal support is very competent, friendly and helpful in the event of problems and questions. The AutoDNS backend tool for domains, certificates and DNS is extremely powerful.

Rude, wastes money, terminates contracts at the wrong address, refuses to hand over despite payment. Absolutely not recommended.

Absolutely not recommended! One hand doesn't know what the other is doing. Promised agreements are not kept. Excuses are sought and mistakes are blamed on the customer to cover up their own mistakes. The company has also developed a new business model: Adding unjustified items to the bill every month in an attempt to drive up sales.

I absolutely cannot recommend it. Extremely unfriendly, contracts deliver surprises, price agreements are not adhered to, if you complain your account is blocked without prior notice.
