I hired this company in June 2024 to implement HubSpot at my company. As of today, more than 16 months later, the project is still not complete. During this time, the experience has been clearly unsatisfactory: meetings have been canceled at the last minute, and members of the team responsible have been absent without explanation. This lack of commitment has caused great frustration, as we have had to constantly press them to make progress on work that has already been paid for. For over a month now, the company has not responded to our requests nor shown any intention of resuming the project. This attitude is completely unprofessional for a service provider and calls its reliability into question.
