We had commissioned a small telephone system with installation. It took a very long time until the thing was running resiliently - by then Hecom was already out of the contract. Before that, an employee of the company had made an effort, which was nice, but didn't do much more than cause an enormous amount of time on our part.

Very close to fraud Very bad experience. UNIFY clients were set up that had massive problems again and again. Hecom claimed that our new internal network was the problem. This was clearly wrong. Another service provider recognized the problem but could not access the Unify system because it was password protected. Although Hecom could not solve the problem, Hecom did not give the password to us, even though we owned the equipment. Instead, they could not be reached and we had to live with faulty installation for another two months. Instead, we were offered to replace the service contract completely, and after receiving the money, we were given the password. Pure blackmail and outside any legal norm. Our new service partner solved the problem in five minutes with a click in the telephone system.

The company I work for uses an Avaya PBX that was purchased from Hecom. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a business partner. We even had to call in a lawyer to get all the documentation, licenses, etc. that went with the purchase of the PBX. Hecom had registered our purchased PBX as a rental system. And our contact person at Avaya was no help at all. She seemed to be more in the same boat with Hecom than representing the interests of Avaya customers. In conclusion, I can only say that it is a mystery to me how this company could get such a high partner status with Avaya and I am glad that we no longer have anything to do with Hecom.
