The Gastefreund app is a good enrichment for a more relaxed arrival day for the guest, and also a contribution to a more sustainable way of working without a lot of paper. The Gastefreund team is always very friendly, patient and very competent. All new employees are equally well trained.

After 2 years anyway, not as easy as the system is sold. CAUTION notice period is 3 months! We are late but will pay extra year and still add an extra year 2026. We cancelled because our guests are not using it. We have requested data analysis but Gastfreund is not our friend with answering. The few guests who do use it don't get an immediate response because it goes through email and then we respond back by email or Bussiness whats app. We now check in with our guests who immediately ask their question directly to us instead of putting GF in between. Very cumbersome there are faster ways.
