We came across doIT GmbH through our IT service provider’s recommendation. Ingo Klug quickly got up to speed with the existing Microsoft 365 environment and made optimizations. When, due to a Microsoft change, our synchronized project folders started showing only numbers instead of full names, he identified the cause right away, kept us informed at every step, and even resolved the issue over the weekend. We’ve been working with doIT GmbH since 2018 and feel completely well taken care of there—end to end. From classic IT support to implementing tailor-made digitalization solutions, they handle everything in one place. Most recently, doIT automated our Outlook calendar for assembly planning. They carefully captured our day-to-day processes and special cases, then implemented an individually tailored solution. Appointments are now scheduled automatically, taking workdays, weekends, public holidays, and fixed appointments into account. If there’s any overlap, the system automatically reschedules them accordingly. This makes our day-to-day work easier and saves us a lot of manual effort.
