Not recommended. They took €100 + €19 = €119 but won’t adjust it to €120. Misdiagnosis. Printer is new and not defective. Tested with a smartphone and a second printer.

You really don’t need to respond to this. The customer was told that the laptop the printer is connected to can’t be used as-is and needs to be completely reinstalled. We even offered a credit to prevent attacks like this from happening on the internet. It’s a real shame—and we’ve already reported it to Google. Anyone who knows us will understand that this review couldn’t be more unrealistic.
