We can only strongly warn our fellow restaurant owners about the person who runs this company. A visit to our restaurant ended with an untrue, completely absurd review of our place, in which they criticized everything across the board: the interior, the occupancy, the food—right up to insults directed at our staff. We hope that no hotel or restaurant will ever have to welcome this person. In our case, we won’t accept any more visitors from them.

Good day. Giving my company a bad review because I had a poor experience at your restaurant misses the point. You don’t actually have any experience with my business. So it’s obvious you just want to “get back at us.” But you can’t judge my company’s service at all, because you’ve never hired or used it. So I’m asking you to remove this “review,” since it isn’t a real review.
