When you need help, the FCS support team responds fast and is genuinely friendly. As a customer, you just feel taken seriously. I can recommend them! The Heinzelmann is used with us as a helpdesk for our internal service processes, and for inventory we use Asset.Desk. Everything runs smoothly, is very stable, and is easy to set up.

The team really sticks together, and the work atmosphere here in Nuremberg is really nice—that’s the main reason I’ve now been at FCS Drive in software development for almost a decade. Of course, I’m giving an honest 4 out of 5 stars, because nothing is perfect all the time. The requirements in the automotive industry are extremely high, and some B2B processes simply take a bit longer. But that’s more than balanced out by the great work environment and the exciting projects. You can fully contribute technically, and employees are genuinely appreciated.

I’ve now been working at FCS Fair Computer Systems GmbH in Nuremberg for over three years, and I can honestly recommend the company. The team really sticks together, and leadership is always approachable and open to listening. What I’m enjoying most right now is working on Asset.Desk—we’ve launched the new web version during my time here, and it’s great to be directly involved in such a major milestone. When the team dynamic is right, you can definitely feel it in the product, too.

The advice was completely incompetent, and they didn’t really take my wishes into account. I had to pick up the device myself with no success!
