Warning about this electrical company! In our opinion, a dubious company - serious defects, incorrect invoicing and unfulfilled promises! We had the complete electrical extension of our house and garden carried out by this electrical company - a fatal decision that we now deeply regret. Anyone who values professional work, transparency and correct invoicing should urgently look for another company! Our experience: defects and bungling on an alarming scale: - Laying of power lines partly diagonally in the walls - a potential safety risk! - Some of the fuse boxes are not labeled, which can have fatal consequences in an emergency. - Specifications were disregarded or incorrectly implemented, even though they were set out in writing. - Agreements not adhered to - promised work was not carried out or was carried out poorly. - Management reports full of inconsistencies, sometimes without the names of the workers or only titled "helper" - absolutely dubious for us. - Non-standard installations that violate applicable regulations. - Network problems without end, because even basic work was done poorly. The company's foreman told us that "everything was as good as finished" - but the reality was completely different! The exemplary photos in the appendix speak for themselves. In our eyes, this is not a proper completion of the electrical installation. Bills in horrendous amounts - absolutely unlawful in our eyes! It was only by chance that we discovered massive discrepancies in the invoices: - Travel costs in the five-digit range, although it was agreed in writing that these would not be charged - were nevertheless billed as working time! - Increased hourly wages again and again, despite the hourly wages having been fixed in advance. We believe we have been deceived and are now considering taking legal action. In addition, multiple delays over months, although fixed completion dates were promised. Instead of solutions, there were only excuses - completely unacceptable and dubious! Our conclusion: This company has caused us a lot of trouble, stress and costs. We can only warn against awarding a contract to such an electrician. If you want to avoid problems, you should urgently choose a more reputable electrical company.
