In practice, many of the materials differ significantly from what’s presented in the course. In everyday business, you encounter a number of challenges that aren’t addressed there. Overall, it gives the impression that everything is slightly glossed over. Given the price, I expected more thorough and clearer advice. On top of that, some of the content is contradictory. Even the spelling mistakes raise doubts about how carefully the materials were reviewed. Overall, the quality doesn’t meet expectations for a professional offering. Unfortunately, the final complaint conversation was a very disappointing experience and left an extremely unprofessional impression. After the customer service employee apparently couldn’t handle my feedback appropriately, I was escalated to the COO. Unfortunately, I didn’t feel there either that my concerns were taken seriously or addressed in a constructive way. Instead, I was firmly told how my complaint should be handled—something I explicitly did not want. I had only a few straightforward questions, which I felt were justified, including about the qualifications of the person involved and whether certain things should be understood as a personal attack against me. However, these questions were treated as provocation rather than being answered substantively. What was especially disappointing is that the conversation was ultimately even ended instead of addressing my open questions in a factual manner. In my view, handling legitimate criticism in this way is highly unprofessional. Especially for a company that presents itself outwardly as particularly professional and competent, I would have expected a much more confident and respectful approach to customer feedback. Sadly, this whole process has seriously worsened my impression of the company. For me, it lacks both the necessary professionalism and an appropriate way of dealing with customers and criticism. As a result, based on my personal experience, I can’t recommend the company further.
