Description
The service team at the customer wanted to automate the build of the cloud infrastructure and started from scratch. Our consultant, in consultation and according to the customer's plan, automated the GitLab Runner infrastructure (build, update, etc) and helped the customer bring their infrastructure into AWS CDK Apps. We also worked on the automated deployment of applications.
Solution
- AWS Architecture Design. The following technologies were used for this: AWS IAM, AWS EKS, AWS EC2, AWS SAM, AWS Step Functions, AWS VPC, AWS S3, AWS. CloudTrail, AWS CloudWatch, AWS CloudFormation, AWS Fargate, GitLab, Typescript, AWS CDK. - Designed and built CI/CD pipelines using GitLab. - Built operational processes.

All the projects we started were successfully completed. The applications were deployed smoothly on AWS CDK. Technically, all project goals were achieved. The results are flawless. I was particularly impressed by the assumption of responsibility on the part of DMoove Solutions GmbH as well as the in-depth know-how and knowledge transfer to our team.
Background
DBSystel is the internal IT service provider of Deutsche Bahn. The team is responsible for the cloud-based operational administration of applications of the business units of the DB Group.
Challenge
Introducing and deploying AWS CDK with TypeScript, building the CI/CD pipelines, and Automated deployment and optimization of infrastructures in the AWS environment.
Solution
Deutsche Bahn has an internal tendering tool for awarding projects. Framework contract partners can apply there. The selection criteria are divided equally between technical and economic factors.
First, there was on-boarding and then getting to know the team and their way of working as well as their technical environment. Then I independently took on individual tasks and sub-projects, including the introduction of AWS CDK, automation and optimization of the team's applications, and the subsequent transfer of knowledge to the internal team. Communication and delivery were flawless.
Mr. Yannick Tresch personally and another employee of DMoove Solutions GmbH accompanied the project.
Results
All the projects we started were successfully completed. The applications were deployed smoothly on AWS CDK. Technically, all project goals were achieved. The results are flawless.

I am the managing director of Ermster & Preußler VersicherungsMakler GmbH and responsible for all activities in the company.
Challenge
Conversion of the environment to the cloud. The environment was implemented securely in the cloud and AWS with VPN access to the industry program. Likewise, a cloud PBX from Placetel is now used and all other data ends up in Office 365.
Solution
The provider is a customer of ours and that's how we got talking.
It was very pleasant. They discussed everything with us in advance and a needs analysis was made. After that, our wishes were quickly implemented.
Mainly with one person. In between, two other employees were also active.

It was a super success. Everything has been implemented much easier than we thought it would be at the beginning. There were no problems at all.
