Very unprofessional and inhumane way of dealing with interns. Quite sad that as an employer you are not able to discuss certain problems in a personal conversation with your interns. And then throws them out like an unimportant item with a simple email. This shows how cowardly the behavior of the author of the email is. As an employer, you are expected to cooperate independently. And if there are any questions, they can be answered by the boss. And corrections can still be made if the work result does not meet the expectations. If you need so much attention from one person, you should perhaps work on your self-esteem and not blame your insecurities on the interns. And use any irrational reasons to justify terminating the employment relationship. Because everyone has an individual personality and the fact that this is not accepted here is inhumane. Everyone has the right to the free development of their personality (Article 2 of the Basic Law), including in their job, because not everyone is super shrill and bright. The fact that the employer doesn't like this can be seen from the email. And there is no obligation to share your private life with everyone and all other personal details, such as origin and age, are not required on your CV: Origin and age can be found on the resume. Nevertheless, the employer had the right to terminate the relationship with the intern. But in the future, you should be able to end the employment relationship professionally.
