I needed a replacement part quickly, which fortunately was in stock. Unfortunately, it was overpriced. The service and conversation with the employee was okay. It would have been nice if they had tested the replacement part in my presence and not in the back office. That would have made everything a little more trustworthy. The replacement part works perfectly.

Unfortunately only a means to an end. Helpfulness and advice very expandable. Prices are normal for retail!

Bad advice! Simply not recommendable. The boss was so rude to me. I would never want to have anything to do with them again.

Unfortunately, as a layman, you feel completely ripped off. This suspicion is reinforced by the poor product at outrageous prices. The owner is unfriendly and the staff are only interested in selling something. The advice is poor to non-existent and as a layman you are not taken seriously.

After my touchpad stopped responding, I took my laptop to Datentechnik vom Stein at short notice. It was repaired in less than 1 hour 👍🏼 luckily it was only a loose connection. I can only recommend the store if anyone has problems with their computer 👍🏼 and the prices are also super fair 👍🏼
