Web applications that are really poorly implemented. Current example: Applying for a housing ID on gemeinsamonline.de: - Some of the links in the FAQ don't work - The page you're looking for ("Application status") can only be accessed via the initial application and not via the normal menu - Not even confirmation emails are sent to give the user feedback Not to mention the €90 million in taxpayer money lost because they believed they could develop their own alternative to MS Office instead of simply relying on existing open source software. There are specific reasons why digitization is not working at all.

Completely wrong attitude of the organization. If the question comes up in a job interview as to why your team is not delivering, the desired answer is: a supplier has delivery problems. With this attitude and this IT service provider, digitalization is not going to happen.

Unloading from 7:00 h.Unloading fast but only in the back. Unfortunately, there is no ramp and the driver has to drive a pallet truck and put it on the back of the trailer. A small minus for the fact that for 800 kg pallets (in my case) they wanted to give me a regular pallet truck although they have an electric one, but after a short conversation I got an electric pallet truck.
