At work, the IT administrator usually helps with computer problems. But what does a woman in early retirement do when she runs into problems with her laptop and there’s no IT admin available anymore? By a stroke of luck, I found the company cynfo in Göttingen. Friendly, competent, and efficient, the employee, Mr. Blomeyer, resolves my issues with my laptop and software. He always has an open ear for my—admittedly frequent—little problems, which he quickly identifies via remote support and can fix immediately.

350 euro bill, but pc still doesn't work. Statement was "just wait for the next Windows update" cool, thanks. I'm not just referring to the game, but the whole system. Computer keeps crashing and the system doesn't run any faster than before. I don't care what was replaced, I bring a PC for repair with the expectation that it will be whole afterwards and I won't be 350 euros poorer and the problem will still exist.

Your PC is now significantly faster and more powerful than before. The problem you mentioned concerns a specific game that currently has known compatibility issues with the Windows version. I dropped off a notebook a few days ago. Error: Continuous crash during use. At the end more and more often. My suspicion: SSD hard disk defective. That's why I immediately stated up to 200.- Euro in the allowable costs. But far from it: Mr. Blomeyer quickly determined that it wasn't a defect, but only a very dirty fan. Instead of possible 200.- Euro only 60.- Euro. Fair, fast and safe, because since days the computer runs again perfectly - until the next full pollution. Do you know this ? In order to save the price of a cost estimate, customers immediately give a release up to a certain price for the repair and strangely enough; later the actual repair costs are suspiciously close to the release amount. Not with Mr. Blomeyer. And more than 30 years of computer experience pay off. The only drawback is that it's a bit far from the city center for cyclists or public transport drivers like me.
