As a new prospective customer we wanted to know to a Shopware PlugIn only whether our planned dispatch conversion with our special wishes which would have been explained on the phone within 5 minutes, had been done. Yesterday morning we called the first time, should receive a callback. Nothing happened. When we called again this morning, we were told we would have to make an appointment by phone on May 29. Absolutely disparaging, customer-unfriendly service. Bad Szpport with new customer acquisition closes also with support problems for me on the fact that I must close a week my Shop, until the support times for me has time. Absolute No Go! At NetInventors we were helped immediately and our concerns were addressed. Within 2 hours the desired callback came and lo and behold: We as a new customer were taken care of and given all the information we needed. However, we will avoid this provider forever in the future. Due to incompetent customer support, the sale of a plug-in for a total of 7 stores (thus 7 article purchases of the same PugIn) slipped through this provider's fingers. Let's see if this provider has learned in the future!
