I wasn’t impressed, either—no tracking number. When we contacted the customer, there was no response at all, which was extremely bad. After waiting for two weeks, they finally got back. Through Amazon—never again!!!

A disaster... I placed an order on their Amazon store requesting express shipping, for which I paid nearly €20. I asked for information about the product I purchased, but got no response from the seller—it was already off to a bad start. Next, I asked for a shipping date, still no response, and the very next day the seller marked the package as shipped without any tracking information. So I asked for the tracking number yet again, but to no avail. The seller tells me my order has been canceled, even though that’s not what the Amazon order status shows. So I assume I won’t be getting the item I ordered and will have to file a claim with Amazon for a refund... Never again—avoid this seller at all costs.

They are currently selling overpriced, low-quality, pirated copies of books for which they do not hold the copyright, including children’s picture books. This constitutes multiple legal violations. We are pursuing legal action through our lawyers in Germany from Spain, as the sales platform appears unable (or unwilling) to intervene.
