Poor service, little interest from staff and no computers or printers to show, everything just on the screen, no equipment in the store! Very disorganized store!

Very strange assessment. I'll answer: We have photos and current reviews online that prove the opposite. We always have computers, notebooks ready for demonstration, network accessories, consumables, switches, routers, accessories, cables and whatnot in stock. We have 3-4 full-time employees in reception and order acceptance. I actually have no idea how someone comes to this rating. Too bad. I'm available for a chat to clear this up. (MP)

Super store! I needed a USB keyboard at short notice to set up a PC and connect my real mouse and keyboard via Bluetooth. Instead of selling me an expensive new one, they gave me a used one as a gift! Super friendly too! The next time I buy something it will be here!

Isn't advice part of the process before I commission a service? I don't want to hear that this was an act of charity. The gentleman was very friendly, but I don't need these final words just because he couldn't help me. wanted to... The comments from an employee who wasn't actually involved were also superfluous. A bit embarrassing for me... I won't be going back.

Hmmm... too bad. All options and possibilities explained in detail. But sometimes a consultation also consists of proclaiming truths that the other person may not want to hear. But that's also part of it. Too bad for the inappropriate and unappreciative assessment of our colleagues. The truth couldn't be further from the truth.
