Absolute recommendation!!! My laptop crashed at 100% during home office—total worst case. After two unsuccessful attempts to find someone who could get it running again, I came across Steve. A quick call, I got an immediate appointment, and he communicated clearly what was possible and what wasn’t. He was incredibly helpful, and the next day I had my working laptop back in my hands.
