Since August 2024, we’ve been working with Computer Bauer and can look back on consistently positive collaboration. In particular, in the complex IT area, issues come up again and again and things can “stall.” The key point is that a shared path to solutions is always sought and found—even if it sometimes takes some effort. That’s what sets Computer Bauer apart, which is why we’ve remained very satisfied with their services and support to this day. The switch from our previous system to a data-center solution naturally brought some challenges at the beginning. However, thanks to Computer Bauer’s professional support and solution-oriented approach, these were addressed quickly and in a lasting way. During day-to-day operations, any IT issues that arise are handled reliably and competently. Requests and incidents are resolved promptly and efficiently after a ticket or case is created. We would also like to highlight our collaboration with Mr. Rauchenecker, who has been supporting us since the start of the partnership. His commitment, his availability, and his drive to find fair and practical solutions for everyone involved have played a major role in the success of the collaboration. We greatly value Computer Bauer’s technical expertise, reliability, and partnership-based communication. Overall, we can recommend the company and look forward to continuing our collaboration.

Really great and fast support. Whenever there’s a technical glitch, Computerbauer is right there to help. You don’t have to wait forever on hold, and problems get resolved right away. Even when I have my own ideas for new features, they’re taken on board immediately and implemented seamlessly. That saves a ton of time and stress at work!
