We were impressed with Joshua on our first meeting so were happy to ask Colubrid to market our house in Chelmer Village. I went on the market quickly, had many viewings and we secured a buyer quickly.

That along with their personable approach and good commission rates made us choose this agent and we were not disappointed and sold our house in a week. I recently sold my house with colubrid and cannot fault them , my house was sold within 2 weeks. We had around 30 viewings in the first week with several offers.
