ClimbDevs

Based in Spain, ClimbDevs is an AI-first technical consultancy that connects companies with senior engineers across Cloud, DevOps, Data, AI/ML and Full Stack. We go beyond CV screening: our engineers assess every candidate’s technical skills against your stack, so you can bring in people ready to make an impact from day one—with no lengthy onboarding or unexpected gaps. **Why ClimbDevs?** Every engineer we place uses AI tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot and Claude as part of their everyday work. That means traditional engineering quality, delivered at two to three times the speed. **How it works:** Send us your technical brief. We use AI-powered matching to identify suitable people from our vetted pool of senior engineers, then share candidate profiles, rates and availability within 48 hours. **Areas we cover:** AWS · Kubernetes · Terraform · DevOps/SRE · Data Engineering · MLOps · LLMs · Full Stack · Backend We’re also developing ClimbLZ, our SaaS platform for managing AWS Landing Zones, featuring AI-driven drift detection and infrastructure automation.
