The company didn’t meet our expectations. The collaboration wasn’t satisfactory, and the steps they took didn’t produce the results we were looking for. In addition, we ran into problems with our Google profile during the collaboration, which had negative consequences for us. As a specialist company, they should have been able to spot issues like this and inform us in advance so we could make the appropriate decisions. However, we weren’t given that information. For these reasons, we can’t recommend this company further.

Hi Jan, and hello to the Rötgesbüttel scrap yard team, it’s a shame that you’ve chosen to evaluate our cooperation this way after the fact—especially since we offered you payment in installments as a show of goodwill and put a lot of additional work into your project. At this point, we’d be happy to clarify where the problems occurred so that outsiders can understand why the collaboration was difficult: we professionally and contractually optimized your Google Business Profile. The subsequent temporary “suspension” (or rather Google’s required video verification) was triggered because you later made changes to your opening hours on your own, without coordinating with us. If sporadic updates are entered during the regular opening times instead of the designated “special opening hours,” and this happens at a high frequency in succession, Google’s algorithms start to ring alarm bells. As a specialist company, we do bring plenty of expertise—but we can’t read minds when customers make unannounced changes to their profiles. Real results also require a certain level of “cooperation.” 😉 And that we completely waived all additional effort on your account—such as creating the ticket with Google and handling the communication through to the profile being enabled again—out of pure goodwill, unfortunately seems to have been overlooked in this assessment.
