Unfortunately, critical contributions are deleted or not published in this portal. I'll try again. This is my OPINION and my experience! When our company closed for reasons of age, no concession, no concession and that after years of cooperation. Had to pay the full price and the gentlemen had, because necessary, slightly added something to the final invoice! That probably says it all!!! But you should have known that if you have to sign what feels like a book of terms and conditions when you sign the contract, something is wrong! All in all, disappointing!!! Also humanly.

Unfortunately, I have not received any feedback from the staff regarding the purchase of a new printer. Although I urgently needed this and also expressed this. Afterwards, the sales representative contacted me and apologized that my request was lost. Unfortunately, I have bought another printer in the meantime.
