Terrible service: We're having a problem with the website you created for our company, and no one is responding to our emails or calls. (Emails dated 02/14/24, 02/15/24, 02/16/24, 02/17/24, 03/02/24, 03/03/24, and 03/04/24; May 17, 2024, and May 18, 2024). It’s a professional website, and this is affecting our company, yet they don’t seem to take any responsibility or care in the slightest. What a lack of professionalism! Is this a fly-by-night operation? We do not recommend this company’s services because they do not deliver on their promises—it’s a waste of money and time. Edit August 2024: After telling me to contact their former employee directly to resolve my issue, I found myself without a website—everything had disappeared. I paid for a professional website design service and ended up with nothing, and no one willing to take responsibility for it! It’s unbelievable! Stay away!
