They installed a solar PV system at my house (and at the homes of several neighbors in my neighborhood). I paid in February; they promised to install it in 3–4 weeks, but they didn’t finish until mid-June, causing us to miss out on several good months of solar production and savings. During the installation (which, contrary to what was agreed upon, they didn’t do themselves but instead had an even more sloppy subcontractor do it), they were repeatedly unprofessional regarding appointments, etc., causing us to lose hours of work. There have also been problems with warranties; they haven’t honored the prices previously agreed upon for the maintenance contract (they’re charging us 367 euros a year for maintenance, which is obviously absurd), etc. I would not recommend them at all—this company is not reliable.

I do not recommend this company. They do not meet any deadlines—neither for installation nor for the delivery of materials. They also fail to honor the agreements they make. For example, they promise to perform the installation with their own staff but then subcontract the work to a company with no experience or expertise; they fire that company and then subcontract to yet another one. It’s a disgrace.

We hired a group of neighbors to install solar panels on several homes. They’re unprofessional, shameless, and don’t meet deadlines: - They send in a shoddy subcontractor and don’t bother to supervise the work. - Jobs that were supposed to be finished before Easter aren’t completed until after summer. - They sell you on the idea that they’ll handle all the paperwork to submit to city halls and government agencies. The result? You end up constantly chasing them to send the correct documents and having to do the work yourself to get everything submitted. - They verbally agree to joint maintenance for €90 per year per home, but then they send you a quote for over €300 + VAT for just TWO hours of work. In short, if you want to have problems, hire them right away.
