My Helium hard disk had unfortunately broken down and I wanted Bindig-Media to rescue my data. Unfortunately, that didn't work, but it wasn't Bindig-Media's fault, it was due to extreme damage. Nevertheless, they tried everything, even organized a helium laboratory and when nothing helped, I was not charged anything and the full deposit was promptly refunded and the hard drive was sent back. I was even offered destruction. Highly recommended!

We sent in an Apple HDD incl. Fusiondrive because we were stuck. The diagnosis came quickly, the price was very fair compared to the competition! The data recovery was done faster than announced. Above all, the communication was almost perfect! Thanks again :)

i find the prices rather upscale, but the quality justifies it. my data was recovered and my work was saved after hard drive fell on tile floor. too bad i had to wait two more days for the package, even if that was a DHL problem.
