Great service—especially from Mr. Patricio. He was very pleasant and efficient, attentive and patient, and extremely detail-oriented during the installation. They also speak Spanish. I highly recommend them 100%!

I ordered a Ranch camper shell from Brazos Valley. They did the installation and the experience after the sale has been extremely disappointing. Shortly after installation, I discovered the windows were stuck and not functioning properly. I took it back to them and they use a knife to get all 3 windows opened . One of the workers told me he was aware of the issue with the front window during installation, and yet nothing was done to correct it. What’s most frustrating is the lack of accountability and refusal to verify this was a manufacture defect and told me to spray silicone on the windows. Today I contacted Ranch customer service to see what could be done and they are going to get me into another Ranch dealer in Arlington. A warranty should mean something, especially when the problem was known from the beginning. Instead of standing behind their work, I was left dealing with unresolved issues and poor customer service. I expected professionalism, communication, and support after the installation, but unfortunately that was not my experience. I would strongly encourage anyone considering this business to ask detailed questions about their warranty policies and get everything in writing before committing.

Hi Mary. This review is regretful, as we strive to deliver excellent product and service. We value you as a customer and are hopeful (& expect) you'll still be pleased with your excellent truck cap, despite the review. Getting this 1 star poor review on the sliding windows came as a surprise. There's no defect. None. They operate perfectly as designed and pretty much like every sliding window on all truck caps slide in and out. When you first came by the other day, you initially thought there were no sliding windows and were understandably concerned and perhaps frustrated. We opened them and showed you how they open. First, the little lever must first be depressed, then they can be slid over. With your side windows, you elected to have those nice pet screens added. The pet screens cover the sliding window. They also make seeing and pressing the little lever a little trickier than if the pet screens weren't there. Hence the reason you didn't see the little lever to depress and therefore couldn't open them, and therefore initially were frustrated you didn't get sliding windows at all. Also due to the pet screens, you can't simply place your hand on the glass and slide the window over as would be the case if the pet screens weren't there. Thus, the installer used a dull flat edge tool (aka the dull edge of his thin knife) to insert at the window edge, to gain a little leverage and push the sliding window a bit....just enough to then use his hand to slide it the rest of the way. To say "he used a knife" to open the windows is a bit misleading and out of context. So I provided full context here. Your sliding windows are going to be tight at first. They ease up and open up more smoothly after initial and ongoing use. This is normal. You don't want those sliding windows to be loose and open like butter, else you'd have a lot of rain and dust coming through. It's normal. However, the installer suggested adding a lubricant, which is common to add, but is only an option and not required. Most simply push the windows open and after use they open much more smoothly than the first opening. You framed this up as him saying he recognized the defect during the initial installation. He didn't say that. He said he noticed the front window was tight and agreed with you they were / are tight to open initially and offered a helpful suggestion to apply the lubricant. We reached out to the manufacturer. Told them of your review. They echoed everything I've listed here. Normal first time openings are going to be tight and need a little more effort to open at first. Pet screens covering the side windows adds a little extra step in opening them. I asked them if they've ever had a customer upset with the performance of the sliding windows with pet screens covering them. They have not ever had an issue (what I was told at least). I told them they have one now. In any event, I'm sure you will be pleased with your truck cap despite your review suggesting otherwise. It's an excellent product and a good model you selected. I suspect after opening them a few times, you'll see they work perfectly fine. The pet screens (options you added) do add a little twist to the manner in which they're opened, but that is the nature of having sliding windows that are covered by really good pet screens. If the pet screens weren't there, they'd open like every other truck cap sliding window. We do appreciate and value your business and do appreciate the feedback. But wanted to provide some context as it relates to these sliding windows. Many thanks and enjoy the truck cap.

Unfortunately, I selected this establishment for an auto repair work. Waited over a month before the work even began, then the owner complained that he was having to come in on a weekend to perform the paint. l would not use them ever again. If I could give them zero I would.

Your experience and review is regrettable. Sure wish we had more information to go off of and could therefore provide an account and appropriate reply. The absence of any details when someone provides 1 star reviews usually coincides with an unfair & unreasonable account (storyline) of what actually happened. It's unlikely that anyone, much less the owner, complained about having to come in on the weekend to do a paint job. The owner is here every weekend painting. If we knew more details of the issue you're posting about, we could provide an explanation of the time delay. And address (negate) your point about someone complaining about coming in on the weekend. Didn't happen. Feel free to call us at 254-420-4314 if you'd like to discuss, as we'd certainly like to make amends if appropriate and possible. In either event, we strive to exceed customer expectations and work hard to do so. Upon getting a poor review, we wish to remedy. Many thanks.
They re-did the interior of my car and it looks awesome! Super great customer service and pricing.
I've been having an issue with my system for years, and it never really bothered me enough, until it finally did. I stopped at this place and Chris Simmons attended me even though he was pretty busy. He took his time to explain all the possibilities that were causing the issue with my distorted sound. He recommended a filter for my RCA wires. It worked perfectly. Thank you so much for taking time of your busy day to help me!! The price for the filter was awesome! It didn't cost me an arm and a leg like some other placed try ripping you off with! I felt that my need was greater and more important to him than what they could make out of my bank account. Thank you for being a place honest and humble. You don't find that much anymore in today's society or places of business!
Chris took care of some challenges regarding an installation that I think other places would have flaked out on. Without going into all of the details, the end result was solid service and a job well done. Thx!

I called to confirm if they perform trailer inspections, but the gentleman who answered was very rude and had no phone etiquette. After I asked a couple of questions about their availability, he rudely interrupted me and said he was busy and didn't have time for 20 questions game. I'm sorry but if you are a business that's too busy to answer phone calls and customers concerns then maybe they should just hire someone that will have the time and be more courteous with their customers.

Hi Freddy. Thanks for the feedback. The experience you describe is regrettable and I believe was an isolated occurrence, as we always strive for complete customer satisfaction (over the phone, in person, before & after the sale, etc). We've used your feedback to discuss it with all staff members, particularly those who don't typically handle incoming customer phone calls....yet are expected to be professional and courteous with all customers, at all times. Our incoming customer calls are typically managed by our Office Manager, who is very dedicated to ensuring a professional, courteous, and pleasant customer experience. Please feel free to reach out to us if we can be of service, as we'd love to retain your business going forward. Many thanks. Brazos Valley Touch Up 254-420-4314
