Absolutely do not do business with these people... They claim they’re there to take care of you, but they have absolutely no idea what they’re doing. You constantly get a different person on the line who also has no clue. They send you from pillar to post and ask you IT questions—questions you hired them for. In the end, I’m the one helping my parents myself, even though I’m a respected IT professional, while they charge a hefty fee for “service.” They can’t even provide a replacement PC—wake mode off, RDP on—so they can install the required applications. And sure, you’re supposed to forward those apps to them yourself... Shoddy company. A disgrace to my profession.
