With an update from July 9, 2026: In April 2026, I filed a complaint with Mr. Schuhmann about the 9.6 kWh battery, because clear signs of battery weakness were becoming evident: the usable capacity is dropping significantly and is now below 80%. That’s more than enough reason to report the problem. I’m sure Mr. Schuhmann will take care of the complaint—and I hope he doesn’t ignore it. So far, unfortunately, nothing has happened since April 2026. That’s really disappointing, because up until then I was quite satisfied. That was our statement from 2023: We had a PV system installed—15.7 kWp—along with a 9.6 kWh battery storage unit and an AS-Electronics wallbox, by Mr. Schuhmann. The consultation phase was very specific and informative. Whenever our questions were technical in nature and made sense, they were addressed accordingly. After the planning phase was completed, the installation was pushed forward quickly. For example, the roof mounting of the 44 panels was finished in one day. Thank you to the friendly team and their boss, Mr. Schuhmann. Since the entire system was put into operation, our grid electricity usage for our air-to-air heat pump has clearly decreased. We can recommend AS-Electronics without any reservations!

I am very satisfied with the PV system from AS-Electronics. The installation went smoothly. The electricity yield is higher than I expected. It's a good feeling to be largely independent when it comes to the power supply.
