Arbor was a huge help in identifying my defective CPU after several attempts to fix a boot issue had failed and I was at my wit's end with my limited technical knowledge. This allowed me to send the defective CPU back to Alternate and receive a replacement. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Thank you very much!!
