I am giving 1 star based on our communication experience with this business. My team noticed that we had reached out multiple times to explore a possible professional discussion, but unfortunately we did not receive any response or acknowledgment. We understand that every inquiry may not be relevant, and businesses are not obligated to respond to every message. However, a simple acknowledgment or polite decline would have shown better professionalism. For a company that presents itself around digital transformation, business processes, and professional communication, responsiveness is an important part of the overall business experience. Based on our experience, the communication and response process was disappointing. I would not recommend engaging with people or businesses that lack basic professionalism in communication.
