alGenio

We’ve been working with this agency for three years, and we couldn’t be happier with the service and treatment they’ve given us from the very beginning. I’d especially like to highlight the work of Rafael Hurtado and Miguel Fernández, with whom we’re in constant contact—though the entire team is excellent and always ready to answer questions and offer help. If you’re looking for an agency to handle your digital marketing and SEO, don’t hesitate to reach out to them.

Today I had the pleasure of meeting the AlGenio team. They were fantastic to work with, and they showed a lot of interest in my project. I’d like to highlight their professionalism, which is second only to the great team they make up. I hope to continue working with them for a long time :D

I’m not a customer of theirs; I reached out to them on a one-time basis to resolve a problem that I couldn’t solve on my own and that required a professional. Almudena was very kind on the phone; they set up a video call and took care of the problem. An hour later, they called me to say it was already fixed and that I didn’t have to pay anything because it hadn’t taken that long. Honestly, I’m very grateful because there are few professionals like this left. THANK YOU!

I am very pleased with Pepe and Carmen Quesada for their SEO services

alGenio is an excellent digital marketing agency located in the Marie Curie Tech Incubator. Its team is young but highly experienced in SEO strategies and online advertising. They helped us relaunch our digital presence, and within a few months we saw a significant increase in web traffic and conversions. They’re very creative with their social media campaigns, and the content they produce is of high quality. Their customer service is impeccable, with quick responses and effective solutions. The performance reports are very comprehensive and easy to understand. Highly recommended.

We are very satisfied with how our Google Ads campaigns are being managed. Since we started working with them (a little over a year ago), the results have been remarkable. We highly recommend them.

They are wonderful professionals, and from the very first day I put myself in their hands, they provided us with exquisite and attentive service.

I'm thrilled with their service. The customer service is unbeatable. They're always available to help with anything we need, and we're seeing results thanks to the great work they do. I recommend them 100%.

We’d been desperately trying for weeks to verify and recover our domain on Meta. We opened several support tickets, followed every step they told us to, checked the website a thousand times… and nothing worked. The domain appeared to be locked in another commercial portfolio, and no one could tell us exactly what was going on or how to fix it. When we contacted alGenio, everything changed completely. Especially with Carmen, their CEO. From the very beginning, she was approachable, clear, and very professional. She listened to us, calmly analyzed the situation, and—most importantly—explained in simple terms what was really going on and reassured us that they would do everything possible to recover the domain and provide a solution. What we couldn’t resolve after weeks of back-and-forth with Meta, they resolved in just a few days. Beyond the result (which is incredible in itself), what stands out to me is the peace of mind they provide, their genuine commitment, and the feeling that you’re in the hands of someone who knows exactly what they’re doing. If you’re stuck with a technical problem on Meta and feel like no one is giving you a clear solution—seriously—talk to alGenio. Thank you, Carmen, for your help and for restoring our peace of mind when we needed it most. As I said, this year my Christmas gift arrived many months early.
