We’ve been working with the Emilian agency for a while now, and after more than nine years with another agency, we can honestly say it’s a world of difference for us.

We were very deliberately looking for a young, committed agency that not only knows classic SEO inside and out, but also understands that a lot has changed thanks to ChatGPT, AI, and the new search platforms. That’s exactly what we found with the Emilian agency.

Our main contact at the agency is Alexandra, who mainly handles our ongoing support. For SEO, GEO, and everything related to AI search, Jan is our go-to person. Depending on the topic, we either talk on the phone or meet in Zoom calls to discuss where we stand and what’s coming next.

Behind Alexandra and Jan, of course, there’s a larger team working on our website, design, SEO, technical topics, and visibility in the new AI systems.

What we like most: we don’t just buy some service and then receive a report once a month that, as a fire protection business, we wouldn’t really have much use for. We’re genuinely taken along. They explain clearly what’s being done, why it’s being done, and what we can contribute ourselves.

This works really well. For example, we provide site photos, customer projects, and information from our day-to-day work. The team at Emilian turns that into content that genuinely fits our company. After all, we’re fire protection specialists—not SEO or AI experts.

And in the end, of course, there has to be results. For several important search terms, we’re now right at the top on Google, and on ChatGPT and other AI searches, we’re increasingly showing up when people ask questions about fire protection in Berlin. Even more important for us, though, is what we can tell from the inquiries: we’re getting significantly more new customers from Google and the internet than we did before.

A real highlight was that SAT.1 became aware of us and invited my son, Steven Eschner, as a fire protection expert to appear on SAT.1’s “breakfast television” show. Honestly, we wouldn’t have expected that beforehand.

After more than nine years with a different agency, we know pretty well what we didn’t want anymore. With Emilian, we have the feeling that we’re working on our business and our visibility together—not just ticking off an order.
