AC Computer

I handed in a laptop a long time ago. To this day, new problems are still appearing, which are due to the fact that the HDD hard disk was removed as part of a "repair" and everything now runs on a large SSD. The laptop runs: slower, reads and consumes significantly more battery, so that you have to keep it plugged in all the time. On the day we picked it up, we discovered that our HDD hard disk had not been replaced, no, the SSD had also been replaced so that a larger SSD from the warehouse could fit in the laptop. This not only halved our overall storage space, but also meant that the entire operation and conditions took significantly longer. As expected, when we picked up the laptop from AC Computers, there was no mention of what had been "saved" and we had to stumble across it ourselves.

I had to bring my laptop here out of necessity and have regretted it ever since. I spent over 350 euros so that I could continue using my laptop. They reduced my hard disk by half, and in a subsequent conversation they said, "We can also order one as it was, but we'll have to see if it fits back in now." Unfortunately, I needed my laptop and had to go for it. This was followed by a discussion where I was treated anything but nice and friendly. One day later, I wanted to install a program, for which I needed admin access, which I was not given. I was told that I would have to wait for the boss because they couldn't just give out admin passwords. Less than 5 minutes later they called me back and gave me the password. Since my laptop has been at AC, the battery has been acting up and making strange noises. My laptop is now only connected to the power supply and has clearly been affected. I am disappointed and cannot advise anyone to return their laptop here.
