I went there to have my digital kit processed. Marcel assisted me. To make a long story short, I trusted them, but instead of doing their job, the application expired because it wasn’t processed—even though I had notified them of the approval within the deadline. I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but in this case, I feel it’s necessary because of the harm they’ve caused me.

After rating my experience with this company 1 star (without a written comment), they tracked down my identity using only my first and last name, found my LinkedIn profile, and contacted me to question my review. I have filed a complaint with the AEPD (Spanish Data Protection Agency). //// My response to your reply: //// Your action violates Article 6 of the GDPR: you processed my personal data (linking my anonymous review to LinkedIn) without a valid legal basis. - Without consent (Art. 6.1.a) - Without a contract (Art. 6.1.b) - Their “legitimate interest” (Art. 6.1.f) is illegitimate: my right to privacy and freedom of expression takes precedence (Recital 43). Furthermore, they failed to comply with: - Transparency (Article 13) - Data minimization (Article 5(1)(c)) The complaint filed with the AEPD is moving forward.
