The first version, dated March 20, stated: “Actress Collien Fernandes has made serious allegations against her ex-husband Christian Ulmen. He is alleged to have created deepfake porn and fake profiles of her over the course of several years.” The later version, dated March 30, simply stated: “He is alleged to have created fake profiles of her over the course of several years.” ...

Since when has Spotlight/Business Spotlight been part of the "Die ZEIT" publishing house? The prices are outrageously high, the topics and focus have remained the same for years, and it’s very AI-heavy. The order pages run on foreign servers. It looks like a copy of the original editions. I’m not ordering.

After a trial subscription with cancellation and the simultaneous conclusion of a gift subscription, the AI that is supposed to answer subscription emails was completely confused and somehow canceled everything. Without further ado, I called the subscription service and, after a short wait, got Mr. Marinkovic on the line, who helped me comprehensively and to my complete satisfaction. Thank you very much! If there were more friendly and dedicated people like this in the world, it would be a much more pleasant place to live! And I also received a great hotel voucher. I would now like to add the name of Ms. Bratiano to my review, who was equally friendly and helpful in resolving an issue with a non-delivered "Zeit" magazine. I can highly recommend the telephone customer service in addition to the media products (and podcasts) from "Zeit"!

Unfortunately, there were some serious problems for a long time regarding counterproductive moderation in the online reader forum, but I have the impression that people have finally understood how important open, unguided, and public discussion is, especially today.

Very disappointing experience. Despite canceling my free trial subscription, it was automatically converted into a paid subscription. In the end, I had to pay €65.20 - with reference to small print that hardly anyone reads. I never used the subscription, but was still obliged to pay. To me, it seems like a deliberate scam. Customer service: 0 points. Absolute disgrace.
