It was a purely one-sided product presentation, no comparison with other alternatives. So it was a pure sales promotion where I was supposed to buy a subscription with term a,b or c at the end. They sold me an online presentation from another company. So I was allowed to pay for someone to offer me their product for sale. I don't want to judge the quality of the product, but it's a nasty scam, to sell a product presentation as a service, even if I don't want to buy the product.

They sold me an online presentation of another company. So I was allowed to pay for someone to offer me their product for sale. I don't want to judge the quality of the product, but it's a nasty trick, to sell a product presentation as a service, even if I don't actually buy the product.

Movido Media GmbH came to us by phone at a time when we needed help for the various platforms. However, this went wrong at the beginning, was improved after but brought nothing.
Project, one has thought that there is a professional accompaniment. But there was none and you had to fight your way through alone.
There was no added value or success, what added value was the cost.
Results
Unfortunately, the opinion exists at Movido Media Verlag GmbH that the customer can inform himself about it. For example, they change the company headquarters (relocation) but do not inform the customer, they change the service provider for billing and do not inform the customer, data protection: It is also not communicated who has received the data, i.e. which billing partner ... etc..
You can't talk about cooperation because there wasn't any. There were more and more discrepancies. For example, Movido Media Verlag GmbH changes your terms and conditions and does not inform existing customers, there was also no consent for the new terms and conditions reingeholt or from when the new terms and conditions come into force.
When the contract was terminated, which was not foreseeable, they simply use the new terms and conditions, although there was no consent.
They made a mistake and I personally would have liked to see them pay for it.

I was satisfied with the online consultation. However, I only gave 5 stars for that—until I noticed that it showed up as a general Google review instead. That’s outrageous! There was no mention of that. In my view, Movido didn’t deserve 5 stars at all. What really gets me, though, is how unreliable their promised services are, like phone calls. I don’t even know how many attempts it took before anything finally worked. Instead, I keep getting reminders about payments I’ve already made. They’re good at that. So far, I haven’t noticed an increase in follow-up inquiries yet. We’ll see. Apparently the entries are made and also fairly easy to manage. It remains to be seen whether the investment will pay off.
