No instruction, but a printer/scanner who always looks for a non-existent fax and then arrogantly and from the top down explains to the customer how big you are and that he charges 113 euros net for the smallest service. And then makes a mimosa because the customer doesn't shout HUrra. Btw, I do and have always done a lot as a free service, have been in the service sector for over 40 years. Thank you, no recommendation

ZDS Bürosysteme provides first-class service even for small businesses. Due to a misleading manufacturer's specification, the printer we ordered did not fit in its intended place. Jan Rudolph from ZDS did not rest until a plug with the required special dimensions was found and delivered it at no extra charge. Now I am happy about my perfectly working printer and the tidy office ambience. Thank you very much.
