Unfortunately, the support team—at least in my case—is incredibly uncooperative and even a bit arrogant. Of course, that’s just my personal opinion. But I think it’s a real shame that a product that’s actually so useful is likely to lose favor with some people because of this.

It's a real pity how slow the system has become and how you are forced to change the password ... without words and no I want to determine when and not by force....

Incredibly bad support. Different debits from account and credit card. In one month, the credit card was charged 4 times and the account once. On our multiple requests no concrete feedback and so far no money back. No contact person. Do not book!!!!

Summary: The tool itself is not necessarily bad, but the service is unfortunately a bitter disappointment for a "small fish" like me. I feel left alone and not taken seriously in any way, although a technical problem makes the tool de facto unusable for me. But first something basic: I used Xovi as my main tool for about 1.5 years. But I knew it for a longer time and I think it's actually not bad at all, both in terms of functionality and usability. For keyword tracking I like to use it very much. For onpage analysis, however, I can not recommend it at all. They are very superficial and also very counterintuitive. So far, so "good". However, the reason why I gave up on Xovi in the end is another: the service. For months I had the problem that in all my projects the keyword queries were not updated, although they were (supposed to be) re-crawled every week. Apparently they were crawled too, only it wasn't refreshed on my interface. Of course, I can't work like that. So I created a ticket expecting the problem to be solved soon. The confirmation of the ticket came only about a week later. Okay? Strange? But fine by me, the main thing is that something is happening. Several weeks followed in which nothing happened. Several phone calls in which I had to fight my way through standard answers that seemed rehearsed to me. Requested (and promised) callbacks that did not happen. And the problem still exists. I'm done with Xovi. Anyone who uses it needs to pray it works. Or be a major customer. Then maybe you will be taken seriously :) I wish everyone good luck!
